Barn-dominium, North Georgia

This concept was designed for a client who wanted to combine all the comforts of a conventional 21st-century home with the rustic feel of a barn. The floorplan is complete with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and over 2300sq.ft.! The canopy of the breezeway over the kitchen and family room is cantilevered by two steel w-beams which allows for a wider and more comfortable experience within the central space.
