 I have extensive boots-on-ground experience in construction and understand the disconnect many contractors have with the architects they work with. I have been involved in construction for more than 30 years and have managed projects in excess of 30 million dollars. I know how to design for the installer, for the bricklayer, and for the plumber.  I know how to design for those of the crew who struggle to understand blueprints. As you can see in the sample plans provided, I go to great lengths to make sure your project goes as smoothly as humanly possible. I understand budget and I design in reality. You will not find a better set of plans.
