Smith Remodel, Peachtree City

This Project was built in 1972. it is a 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath residence.  there is roughly 4,000sq. ft. of living space with a roughly 1,700 sq. ft unfinished basement.

The project was located in a high-demand area of Peachtree City in a golf course neighborhood that was being revitalized.  The owner wanted to create a master suite downstairs, update the home to present market demands, get more light into the informal living room and add a garage for his car collection.
